China is opening new opportunities for startups from Central Asia

A new partnership between Khan Tengri Innovation Hub and the Hong Kong–Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park (HSITP) opens a direct pathway for startups from Central Asia — including Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan — to enter the Chinese innovation ecosystem. Through this collaboration, regional teams can now apply to the SPIN, IGNITE, and GAS programs and access world-class R&D infrastructure in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
HSITP, located in the Lok Ma Chau Loop on the Hong Kong–Shenzhen border, spans 87 hectares and combines Hong Kong’s legal and financial framework with the technological capabilities of mainland China. The park hosts 70+ global and local partners, advanced laboratories, R&D centers, offices, and full incubation infrastructure.

— grants: SPIN (up to 150,000 HKD), IGNITE (up to 6M HKD), GAS (up to 6M HKD)
