Abdulakhad Kuchkarov of IT Park Uzbekistan held a meeting with the participants of the Digital Startup Awards (DSA) acceleration program — bringing together teams from five countries across the region. He emphasized the importance of having a unifying platform like DSA, where strong international teams can collaborate and grow.

 

According to the CEO's main conclusion, now is the most favorable time for startups to enter the Uzbek market. The market is developing rapidly, conditions are improving, and the first teams to enter will have a significant advantage. Furthermore, DSA acceleration is uniting strong teams from several countries, strengthening regional trust and cooperation.

 

Founders participating in DSA represent Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, and Mongolia. Their combined valuation is estimated at around $50 million.

 

 

The meeting highlighted the international nature of the program, the confidence of ecosystem partners, and the growing potential of the region’s startup landscape.
