As part of the Digital Startup Awards 2025 program, IT Park Uzbekistan held a round table with private and public partners from Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Mongolia, representing key national startup ecosystems.

 

 

The meeting was aimed at deepening regional cooperation, expanding cross-border interaction, and creating new opportunities for startups to enter international markets. The initiatives discussed reflect the general direction of regional cooperation and practical partnership consistently promoted by the Republic of Uzbekistan within the framework of the approaches outlined by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, including strengthening dialogue and trust between countries in the region. The meeting was devoted to deepening regional cooperation, developing cross-border interaction, and creating new opportunities for startups to enter international markets. The participants noted that the initiatives discussed are in line with the course of strengthening regional dialogue, mutual trust, and practical partnership between the countries of Central Eurasia.

 

 

During the round table, the results of the Digital Startup Awards 2025 were summarized, the prospects for further development of the program were discussed, and the Central Asian Innovation Hubs initiative, implemented jointly with Astana Hub, was presented. Special attention was paid to new formats of cooperation with regional and international partners in the field of startup support and technological entrepreneurship.

 

 

Following the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at further developing the startup ecosystem within the framework of the Digital Startup Awards program and strengthening coordination between the ecosystems of the countries in the region.
