Ideathons held in 6 regions - final results!
IT Park Uzbekistan has successfully concluded a series of six major ideathons held across the regions of Tashkent, Surkhandarya, Fergana, Andijan, Navoi and Kashkadarya. These events were designed to engage young talents, innovators and aspiring founders in creating new technological ideas, strengthening the regional startup ecosystem, and identifying the most promising projects.
Across the series of regional ideathons, hundreds of young innovators showcased their ideas and technological solutions. In Surkhandarya, 81 participants worked on projects in artificial intelligence, healthcare, cybersecurity, fintech, and agrotech. In Kashkadarya, 79 participants developed solutions in AI, healthtech, energy, agrotech, edtech, tourism, and fintech. The Ideathon Navoi-2025 gathered 60 startup enthusiasts focusing on agrotech and AI. Fergana’s AI Case Challenge united over 100 participants and 38 teams working broadly in the field of artificial intelligence.
Meanwhile, in Andijan, The Rise Up Ideathon brought together more than 70 participants and 16 teams presenting projects across EduTech, FinTech, HealthTech, and AI. Together, these events demonstrated the growing interest of Uzbek youth in technology and their active role in shaping the country’s innovation ecosystem.
The Tashkent region Ideathon brought together 45 participants who presented projects in artificial intelligence and agritech. At the end of the competition, EcoCap claimed 1st place, Smart Trashcan secured 2nd place, and TestDrone took 3rd place.
The jury panel included:
— Shermuhammad Samanov, Head of the AKIS Research Coordination Department at the Ministry of Agriculture;
— Abdulla Abdikadirov, specialist at the regional office of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation;
— Farrukh Toiraliyev, Lead Startup Manager at IT Park Tashkent region;
— and independent researcher Mohinur Aminqulova.

The “Future IT Ideas” ideathon in Surkhandarya featured more than 20 project presentations. Monitoring AI, Planly AI and One Quiz AI were announced as winners, while Telemed AI, Logisticgo AI and Holovision AI received special awards.

In Fergana, the AI Case Challenge brought together over 100 participants who developed nearly 50 AI-based solutions. Bold, Tahlilchi and Surdo Tarjimon took the top places, and the “AI-Stars Incubator” program was launched for the most active teams.

Andijan hosted “The Rise Up Ideathon,” where 15 finalist teams presented their ideas. Dronely, Oshlab and STEM (ADTI) became the winners. Additional awards were given for best pitch, most active female founder and best business model.
The Rise Up Ideathon in Andijan featured a jury panel consisting of:

Navoi’s “Ideathon4Navoi-2025” gathered over 50 participants. On Track, IDCard and MenKim.AI were selected as the best ideas, while Geo Services API, Agriculture AI and Analis were recognized as the best projects.

In Kashkadarya, the “Promising IT Projects” ideathon identified Fabric AI, Yammiy and XIU as the strongest teams. Throughout the two-day competition, the region’s most promising initiatives were evaluated and awarded.

During the regional ideathons, project evaluations were carried out by expert jury members representing digital technologies, education, artificial intelligence, startup development, and scientific research. Each event brought together professionals with extensive experience in the technology and innovation ecosystem.
These expert panels ensured a comprehensive and fair evaluation of projects, taking into account the technological depth, innovation level, practical applicability, and scalability potential of each idea, helping identify the most promising solutions across all participating regions.
These ideathons played an important role in promoting innovative thinking across the regions, strengthening startup culture, and encouraging youth to engage in technology-driven projects. IT Park Uzbekistan will continue supporting young innovators and creating opportunities for turning ideas into practical, impactful solutions.
