IT Park Representative Conducts Workshop on Startups and Investment Attraction
The event brought together students and academic staff with an interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital solutions in the agricultural sector.
During the session, participants were acquainted with the structure and functioning of IT Park’s startup ecosystem, the incentives and opportunities available to emerging teams, as well as the key stages in the transformation of a startup from an initial idea into an investment-attractive project.
Particular emphasis was placed on the following issues:
• procedures for cooperation with startups within IT Park;
• available tax and organizational incentives;
• effective methods for attracting investment;
• practical Agritech case studies based on local experience and real-world examples.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the launch of the third wave of the President Tech Award competition was officially announced.
Such initiatives contribute to the early engagement of youth in the startup ecosystem, foster the development of entrepreneurial thinking, and promote interest in innovation within strategically important sectors for Uzbekistan, including agriculture. IT Park continues to expand the geographical scope of its educational programs to empower young talents across the country to realize their innovative ideas.
