IT Park Uzbekistan and IT Park Ventures participated in Take Off Istanbul
A delegation led by Azamat Karamatov, Director of IT Park Ventures, alongside representatives from IT Park Uzbekistan, participated in the international technology forum Take Off Istanbul, one of the region’s premier events for startups, investors, and venture capital funds.
During the forum, IT Park Ventures signed a memorandum of cooperation with GB Ventures, aimed at fostering collaboration in venture capital investment and the support of technological startups.

Furthermore, members of the delegation participated in the Take Off Istanbul startup pitching sessions. These sessions facilitated the evaluation of international projects, the initiation of preliminary dialogues with investors, and the establishment of agreements for subsequent coordination with various ecosystem participants.
The forum’s business agenda included working meetings were held with representatives from international investment and technology organizations, including:

• ACT Venture Partners
These engagements served as introductory and networking opportunities, aimed at establishing professional relations and discussing general areas of cooperation without disclosing specific strategic plans.
Participation in exclusive and official formats
The delegation also attended the Domino Global Synch Party, an exclusive event for investors, which facilitated networking with international funds and representatives of funds-of-funds.
Moreover, the Director of IT Park Ventures participated in a roundtable discussion with Mehmet Fatih Kacır, the Minister of Industry and Technology of Türkiye, as part of the official program of the forum.
It is also noteworthy that the Republic of Uzbekistan was represented at Take Off Istanbul by the Agency for Innovative Development, as well as the country’s leading venture capital entities: Yoshlar Ventures, UzVC, and United Ventures. The collective participation of these state institutions and venture funds provided a comprehensive presentation of the national ecosystem, reinforcing Uzbekistan’s positioning as a rapidly advancing technological and investment hub on the global stage.
