IT Park Uzbekistan Showcases National Startups at Biban 2025 in Riyadh
IT Park Uzbekistan participated in Biban 2025, one of the world’s largest global forums for entrepreneurship and SMEs, held in Riyadh and attended by founders, investors, accelerators, and government representatives from around the world. The participation of Uzbekistan highlighted the country’s growing innovation ecosystem and its ambition to build strong connections with the rapidly developing markets of the Middle East.
As part of the national delegation supported by IT Park Uzbekistan, several promising startups presented their solutions to international partners. Among them was Fonus Kids, a safe EdTech platform that transforms children’s screen time into meaningful learning by filtering cartoons and educational content. The project was represented by Co-Founder & COO Tavakkalov Diyorbek and Founder & CEO Zairov Muzaffarbek.
Another participant was MULK Protocol, a Shariah-compliant tokenization platform that converts real-world assets into digital formats. MULK enables businesses to unlock liquidity, attract global investors, and ensure transparent asset trading through secure blockchain technology. The startup was founded by Hayotjon Azimov.
The delegation also included GoRent, a Central Asian rental marketplace that offers offices, coworking spaces, cars, and other rental options in a single digital platform. GoRent simplifies the rental process for users and helps businesses promote their services without large advertising expenses.
A success case presented at the event was kpi.com, an international all-in-one business management platform offering tools for accounting, HR, payroll, CRM, project management, and analytics. The solution, represented by Founder & CEO Muzaffar Karabaev, showcased how Uzbek startups are creating globally competitive digital products.
Throughout Biban 2025, IT Park Uzbekistan promoted the advantages of the national IT ecosystem, including tax incentives, the IT Visa program, tech infrastructure, and support tools for startups — from acceleration tracks to investment instruments. The delegation held meetings with investors and innovation organizations from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain, discussing joint initiatives, export opportunities, and pathways for Uzbek startups to enter GCC markets.
Participation in Biban 2025 strengthened Uzbekistan’s international visibility and opened new avenues for the growth and global expansion of local startups, reinforcing the country’s position as a rising technological hub in Central Asia.
