IT Park Ventures has invested $300,000 in Datox (United Kingdom), an AI platform specializing in the automation of regulatory reporting (AI Regulatory Reporting). The Datox solution enables funds, asset management companies, and administrative bodies to automatically collect data, verify compliance with the requirements of FCA, ESMA, SEC, and other regulators, and generate reports in standardized formats.

 

As part of the current funding round, Datox also secured from the Alchemist Accelerator. This reflects strong international investor confidence in the company’s technological capabilities and market potential.

 

This investment by IT Park Ventures is aimed at supporting the development of Datox’s product, expanding its technology team, and scaling its operations in the international market.

 

The agreement was signed on November 22 in London at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Embassy’s assistance and support in organizing the event are gratefully acknowledged.
