The results of the Digital Startup Awards Grand Finale have been announced
On December 12–13, the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with IT Park Uzbekistan and IT Park Ventures, held the international Digital Startup Awards Grand Finale in Tashkent — one of the largest initiatives in Central Eurasia with a total prize fund of $1 million.
The program aims to identify high-potential projects, support entrepreneurship, and stimulate innovation across the regional startup ecosystem. Startups from Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkmenistan, and Mongolia were invited to participate, while startups from Uzbekistan competed in the Best Startup Project track.
In 2025, the program attracted strong interest from founders and technology teams across Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Mongolia. A total of 1,025 applications were submitted, including 397 in the Best Startup Project track, 268 in the Incubation track, and 360 in the Acceleration track.
The competition was announced on July 1, 2025, with applications accepted until September 10, 2025. Within the Incubation and Acceleration tracks, teams went through screening and interviews, after which they gained access to international experts and mentors, training sessions, intensive workshops, and networking opportunities with technology teams, corporations, and venture capital funds. In the Best Startup Project track, selection took place through offline semifinals organized in the participating countries.
In the final stage of the program, projects from all three tracks were presented:
- 29 startups successfully completed the Incubation and Acceleration programs
- 22 startups advanced in the Best Startup Project track
