The Best Startup Project semi-final took place in Kyrgyzstan
Kyrgyzstan has hosted another semifinal of the Digital Startup Awards (DSA) — an international initiative that brings together the strongest startup teams from across Central Asia and highlights the region’s growing innovation potential. The event became an important milestone on the road to the Grand Final, which will take place this December in Tashkent.
This year, DSA received more than 350+ applications, and 7 startups from Kyrgyzstan presented their projects to the expert jury. Based on the results of the pitch session, two teams — OptimTrade and Promconsulting — were selected as finalists and will represent Kyrgyzstan at the Grand Final.
OptimTrade is an online SaaS platform that optimizes and automates operational processes in trading activities, helping companies streamline business operations, reduce errors, and manage trade workflows more efficiently.
Promconsulting is an AI-powered automation platform for small and medium-sized businesses, offering chatbots, CRM, online booking, analytics, and financial management — all in one integrated solution. The service enables entrepreneurs to digitize and automate daily operations, improving business productivity.
The semifinal jury included:
— Bekhzod Abdullaev, Investment Manager, IT Park Ventures;
— Zhazgulu Raiymbekova, Investment Director, Highland Capital;
— Gulzat Ergeshova, Lead Manager, Future Ecosystem Development, High Technology Park.
The event was held with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan, IT Park Uzbekistan, IT Park Ventures, Startupbase, Digital Startup Awards, Accelerate Prosperity, and the High Technology Park of Kyrgyzstan.
OptimTrade and Promconsulting will now advance to the Grand Final of the Digital Startup Awards in Tashkent, where they will compete against finalists from other participating countries for a total prize fund of $100,000.
The Digital Startup Awards continues to strengthen collaboration among innovation hubs across Central Asia and support the next generation of founders shaping the region’s digital future.
