IT Park Uzbekistan has announced the opening of applications for the Tracking Program, a program aimed at training specialists who work with startups. The program is designed to prepare trackers who help startup teams move more quickly from the idea stage to sustainable growth.
A tracker is a specialist who helps startup teams identify key limitations in their product or business model, formulate the right hypotheses, and determine the next stages of project development. Such experts work in accelerators and incubation programs around the world.
This Tracking program is organized within the framework of the President’s resolution (RP-59) on measures to implement a comprehensive ecosystem for supporting startups.
The program is intended for professionals who want to gain a deeper understanding of how technology companies develop and how the process of working with startups is structured.
Within the program, it is planned to train 100–120 specialists. After completing the program, participants will have the opportunity to take part in startup initiatives organized by IT Park Uzbekistan and work directly with startup teams.
The Tracking Program may be particularly useful for:
- individuals with entrepreneurial experience;
- product managers and specialists from IT companies;
- consultants and experts in business development;
- representatives of universities, technoparks, innovation centers, accelerators, and venture funds;
- specialists who already work with startups or plan to start working in this field.
During the program, participants will learn about key tools for startup development. These include Customer Development, working with MVPs, HADI cycles, startup diagnostics, and business model analysis, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
For those interested in contributing to the development of startups and becoming part of the emerging expert community within the ecosystem, this program can serve as a strong starting point.
