AlchemistX & Silicon Valley Residency 2025: What did Uzbek startups achieve?
The outcomes of the AlchemistX and Silicon Valley Residency 2025 programs were celebrated in Silicon Valley. AlchemistX is a special program of the Alchemist Accelerator for Central Eurasian startups, while Silicon Valley Residency is one of the key international programs of the Silkroad Innovation Hub. 
In 2025, 23 startups from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and also Qatar, Georgia and Singapore participated in these two programs. Over four months, the teams worked on adapting their products to the US market, refining offerings according to local demand, developing sales strategies, and engaging in negotiations with potential clients and partners.
What results did Uzbek startups achieve?
A number of startups associated with Uzbekistan received special recognition within the programs. They gained real-world experience in the US market and aligned their products and business models with international standards. 
Growy AI successfully launched in the U.S. market and demonstrated strong momentum. During the program, the team conducted more than 43 interviews with industry representatives, resulting in 10 secured projects, with an additional 1–2 currently in active negotiations. The startup was officially recognized by the program as fully ready for scaling.
Jobster.hr strategically repositioned its product by developing a new concept tailored for the Western market. Freyt (formerly LYDYA) conducted over 40 meetings and research sessions, identifying new market opportunities and defining its future development strategy. Makon AI strengthened its sales and marketing infrastructure and completed preparations for entering the U.S. market.
Additionally, startups conducted over 150 interviews with potential customers to analyze the market in depth. They held 116 meetings with industry experts and venture investors, and each founder established over 190 new business connections in Silicon Valley. This experience laid a solid foundation for future global success and enhanced Uzbek startups’ ability to adapt to international standards, marking a significant step in developing Uzbekistan’s innovation ecosystem globally. 
Are Uzbek startups ready for the global market?
The AlchemistX and Silicon Valley Residency programs provided Uzbek startups not only with acceleration but also with access to Silicon Valley’s innovation ecosystem. Mentorship, meetings with venture investors, and real-world market experience significantly increased the competitiveness of the startups.
According to Abdulahad Kuchkharov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, these programs enabled Uzbek startups to successfully enter the global market. Teams not only refined their products but also gained experience in engaging with international investors and strategic partners.
Organizers note that the results confirm the growing potential of Central Eurasian startups, including those from Uzbekistan, to compete successfully in the global technology market. Additionally, participating startups managed to raise a total of $1.3 million in the U.S. market.
Demo Day: In which sectors did Uzbek startups showcase their innovations?
The programs concluded with a Demo Day, where startups presented their solutions to international investors, industry experts, and the tech community. Projects were showcased in EdTech, HealthTech, B2B SaaS, industrial automation and creative industries.
